In addition to the full time interns at the farm, we have a few people that help out once or twice a week with milking. Up until her cow calved, Amelia was milking with us every Wednesday morning. After hearing so much about them, I finally got to meet her cow Emma and calf Edward William Henry. Amelia hopes to have her own dairy at some point and i’d say she’s off to a great start.
