Greenhouse Building Pictures

In order to start seeds for the 2014 growing season, we built a 12′ X 12′ greenhouse. Below are photos of the building process in order.

Notice how in one of them the greenhouse completely collapsed… that was a really bad day. It was raining hard and the wind was gusting up to 50 mph. The greenhouse was only half finished so it was in it’s most vulnerable state. I tried to secure it as best I could, but after one especially powerful gust, it was blown down.

My parents and I spent the next day re-bending the metal and searching for the panels that had flown hundreds of feet into the pig area. Luckily everything could be repaired successfully and the greenhouse is complete! I can’t wait to get some plants growing in there.
